The Free4Me Network reserves the right to change its TOS at any time. We reserve the right to change point values of rewards or offers at any time for any reason.

1. Membership

(1) A user must have a valid email address.

(2) A user must provide accurate contact information including (but not not limited to) shipping address, telephone number and email address upon signup. Only one account is allowed per household. You must be 18 or older to participate in this website.

(3) Signups may not be from a public area such as a workplace, college campus, or library. A user may also not sign up to our site via a proxy, which includes ISPs such as AOL.

(4) A user may be put on hold for ANY suspicious activity whether it be on this site, or other free sites.

(5) A user may have a maximum of 1 account. Any accounts sharing the same IP address are considered duplicate accounts and will be closed.

(6) Violating the terms on any Free4Me Network website disqualifies a users account on all Free4Me Network websites.

(7) "Walking through" or guiding users through the steps of completing the site is strictly prohibited.

(8) A users account may be closed by the Free4Me Network at any time based on the discretion of the Free4Me Network.

(9) By signing up for any Free4Me Network website you agree to hold harmless the Free4Me Network and any of its employees from any damages, liabilities, expenses, or legal claims that may result from using this website.

(10) Once signed up, your account with our network is permanent and will not and cannot be deleted.

2. Completion of Offers

(1) A user may only receive credit for completing an offer once. Do not complete an offer twice as this is considered fraud.

(2) The Free4Me Network does not guarantee that a user will receive credit for any offer. We reserve the right to refuse a user credit for an offer for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to, lack of appropriate information or fraudulent information.

(3) A user should only complete an offer they are interested in. Completing an offer only to get your free gift is considered fraud.

(4) The Free4Me Network is not responsible for delays in reporting offer completion or failure to receive credit.

3. Orders

(1) The Free4Me Network will take measures to ensure that the user receives payments and rewards within a reasonable amount of time. However, The Free4Me Network can only do so when the advertisers pay.

(2) All rewards are sent to the shipping address provided by the user at registration time. It is a user's responsibility to verify that the shipping address provided is correct. The Free4Me Network  is not responsible for lost mail as a result of a theft or mis-delivery.

(3) The Free4Me Network is not responsible for any lost orders due to inaccurate shipping information.

(4) Users who receive $600 or more in gifts from any of the Free4Me Network websites will be required to send a W9 or W8 tax form in accordanence with federal laws.

(5) The Free4Me Network reserves the right to substitute any prize on their site for the cash value that the prize is worth, as determined by the Free4Me Network.
